At a Glance
Full‑time (40 hrs/week) typical; part‑time pilot (20-30 hrs/week) available where scope allows

Where this fits
- You want to validate fit (skills, throughput, communication) before committing.
- Budget favors OPEX today with a path to permanent headcount.
- The role is critical (Platform/HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, Reporting) and you prefer evidence over resumes.
Model & terms

3-6 months (hourly). Timesheets with manager approval. Option to run a part‑time pilot for the first phase if scope permits.

Convert to your FTE under a prorated placement fee that reduces based on months served. Terms (fee base, proration schedule, replacement window) are defined in the SOW up front.

You may extend the contract or roll off at the end of the term—no conversion fee applies if you don’t hire.

If fit shifts during Phase 1, we can present a replacement with brief overlap for knowledge transfer.
Process
- Kickoff & success rubric (30 min): Define outcomes, metrics (throughput/quality), collaboration expectations, and a 30‑60‑90 day outline.
- Shortlist (48-72 hrs): 2-4 curated profiles with interview windows.
- Select & start: Access, onboarding checklist, cadence setup.
- Operate: Weekly status; review of deliverables and code/config quality; stakeholder feedback loop.
- Mid‑point review: Progress vs. rubric; decide on course‑corrections.
- Conversion decision: Convert, extend, replace, or conclude. If converting, we support offer alignment and start planning handover from contractor to FTE.
