Workday Support Generalist (CONTRACT – 6 months)

Title: Workday Support Generalist

  • Triaging Support Tickets would be a key responsibility.
    • Assess unassigned tickets in the Level 2 queue.
    • Review each ticket within 12 hours, and re-assign it to the relevant functional team.
    • Label the ticket type: Enhancement vs Incident vs Service Requests
    • Update ticket notes at least once every 2 days
  • Request for email approvals for security role assignment requests
    • Manage escalations
    • Review ticket work notes for approval
    • Attach approval audit checklist (mandatory)
  • Perform bulk updates using EIB
  • Update Workday foundational data such as Locations, Cost Centers & Cost Center Hierarchies, Work Schedules, etc
  • Perform routine HR Data Maintenance/Clean-up on unfilled Positions, empty Sup Org etc
  • Troubleshoot business processes that are stuck or errored
