• In partnership with the current Europe Payroll Manager and US Payroll Manager, take ownership of various payroll processes both in the US, Europe and Asia
• Execute all aspects of the payroll process, GL entries, tax filing and annual reporting coordination with local vendors
• Review payroll processes and systems for efficiency and provide solutions for improvement or ways to automize on an ongoing basis, working closely with HR team as needed
• Work with the HR team to ensure effective leverage of our HRIS (Workday) for operational processes such as compensation and payroll reporting
• Resolve any issues and queries from employees relating to payroll matters for all employees globally
• Coordinate as needed on any ad hoc projects that may arise related to payroll function

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in senior payroll processing or manager role; ideally in an environment operating across multiple geographies
• Expert understanding of payroll operation processes including payroll, GL, benefits, taxes and annual reporting
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with multi-state US payroll setup and issues
• Knowledge and experience working with foreign payrolls; Europe & Asia payrolls a plus
• Experience in setting up new payroll entities; foreign entities a plus
• Experience using ADP payroll software is preferred
• Experience using an HRIS system, preferably Workday
• Proven track record working with and managing external advisors/vendors
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Collegiate and proactive, demonstrating sound judgment and risk awareness
• The ability to get to grips quickly with multiple issues with a high level of complexity
• Capacity to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail; strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, poise and professional capacity to interact with outside parties and internal personnel across all levels
• Dedicated team player, a strong sense of ownership and bias towards delivery/action
